Part of the enjoyment of commissioning a bespoke bag is touching and smelling the leather – feeling the quality of the hide that will be made into your unique bag. As we are tucked away in the rolling green hills of deepest Devon miles from anywhere we appreciate that you may not be able to come and visit us in our workshop. We would therefore be delighted to send you snippets of leather to help you make the choosing process even more fun. How to pay

The easiest way to pay securely is through PayPal using your debit/credit card. Simply proceed to our online checkout and follow the instructions on screen. You do not need a PayPal account to do this. We also accept payment by cheque. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared.

Delivery
Your order will be sent by first class Royal Mail.

The delivery cost to addresses in the UK is £5.

If you would like an enhanced delivery service (including recorded delivery or next day delivery) please contact us before placing your order.

For overseas delivery charges please contact us before placing your order.

We are committed to using recycled packaging materials wherever possible.

Stock availability and colour
Our shop in Devon carries a range of bags in various designs and colours and we would love you to pop in and choose one. However, as most of our bags are made to order from limited runs of coloured hides we do not have every bag in every colour all of the time. If you have a particular colour in mind but can’t see it on our website please contact us and we can discuss the options with you. We can also guide you towards the right colour and style if you have a feel for what you would like but can’t quite put your finger on it.

Please note that the leathers we use are chosen for their quality, colour and texture, and as a natural product they will often have naturally occurring or processing variations. These include the intentional use of waxed leather finishes, distressed leather finishes, and antique leather effects. We always do our best to match colours where we can, but no two hides are exactly the same (otherwise the countryside would be full of identical cows – which would look very odd indeed!)

Returns and Exchanges:
Each product is made individually and with great care and we hope you are happy with it. If for any reason you are not, please contact us and we will either exchange your product or refund your payment – subject to the product being returned unused and in its original condition within 14 days. This does not apply to items that have been made to your specification or are clearly personalised.

We cannot be responsible for return postage other than for faulty items. Please ensure you receive proof of purchase when posting goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
