Not having been out much for a while we have to admit our own handbags have been feeling slightly neglected.  The usual maintenance routine has gone out of the window a bit and by maintenance routine we mean emptying out the old receipts, car park tickets and random pens that seem to find their way in on a regular basis.

So, we tipped out our totes and were horrified and happy in equal measure.  Whilst we found some previously sticky but now rather fluffy items (could have been toffees, bit hard to tell) we also found missing car keys, a cherished earring and a cowrie shell.

Not a radical thought that will change the world we admit, but it’s one that we could do something about.  So we did.  grey tassel tote with pink fobs with model in pink trousersorange tassel tote on wallAnd here it is – a new mid-size tote.  It’s fastened with a zip and it always has a tassel…the tassel tote!

In other news there has been a reassuringly normal amount of baking going on and a whole batch of these came out of Nish’s kitchen.  We can’t show the full tray as this is the only one that didn’t get hoovered up immediately.  Chock full of sweet cinammon swirls in a meltingly fluffy centre with a crispy crust smothered in orange icing they were as good as it gets. Delicious (albeit not helping the lockdown tummy tyre!)
